Another Cover

Another cover I created. Finished the colors a few days ago, but it's taken me a while to post it.
Erebus and the Flickering Flame face off against the mighty Monolyth.

Here's a recent drawing I did, presumably issue 1 of a fictitious comic.

Here's the original inked work.

Then I filled in the black using photoshop.

Next step was coloring the characters themselves. Tossed a gradiant behind them, just to add character. Didn't really focus on

shading or lighting them this time around, just wanted to come up with the color schemes for each character.

I wasn't really satisfied with the background, so I tossed in a photo of the sky from a few weeks ago when there were a bunch of fires nearby. Played with the highlights, and came out with something really cool.

Then added the text, just for good measure.

And there you have it!
